The Vagina Monologues benefits Laura’s House

Laura’s House is a very excellent program whose best-known mission is providing shelter for battered women.

OUR MISSION

Changing social beliefs, attitudes and the behaviors that perpetuate domestic violence while creating a safe space in which to empower individuals and families affected by abuse.

The Vagina Monologues is being presented at Knuckleheads in San Clemente April 8 and 9 to benefit Laura’s House. Information below, thanks to the San Clemente Patch.

Proceeds from these performances benefit Laura’s House, a shelter for women who have been battered, and the women of Haiti.

There is also a 2 p.m. matinee show on April 9.
